Customer Reviews
Absolutely loving my Black Spruce Oil!
Anyone else totally obsessed with The Essential Oil Shop? I just got some Black Spruce Oil and its amazing for winding down after a long day. The whole enrollment kit discount thing is so much better than chasing coupon codes everywhere. Im definitely shopping here again, and telling all my friends! Now, if only I knew how to contact dōTERRA customer service in Europe...
Good for beginners
I ordered the Family Essentials Starter Kit last month. The website was pretty easy to navigate, and placing the order wasn't a hassle. It took about 6 days for the kit to arrive, which felt reasonable for international shipping. Everything was well-packed, no leaks or anything. The oils themselves seem like good quality. I've been using the Peppermint and Lavender a lot, and they've been nice. The included dōTERRA Essentials Booklet was helpful too, gave me some ideas on how to start using them. I did have a question about one of the oils, and I used their contact form. Customer service got back to me in about 2 days, which was decent. Overall, a solid first experience for getting into essential oils.
Quick delivery, nice oils
Got some Lemon Essential Oil and a Petal Diffuser. It came quick, like 4 days to my place in Ohio. Everything was in good shape. The diffuser works fine, not too loud. The Lemon oil smells really fresh, I like it.
Great value on the kit
I was looking to get started with essential oils but didn't want to overspend. The Introductory Trio Kit seemed like a good deal. I signed up for the wholesale membership with it to get the discount, which brought the price down quite a bit. It felt like I was getting more for my money that way. The savings made it worthwhile for me to try out the Lavender, Lemon, and Peppermint oils without feeling like I was breaking the bank. Definitely a good option if you're watching your budget.

Are these oils the real deal or like, a generic brand that just says dōTERRA? Seen some fakes floating around.
Hey, thinking about grabbing one of the starter kits, but I'm in Ireland. How long does shipping usually take to get here?
Has anyone tried returning an opened oil? Wondering what their policy is if I don't like a scent.
I'm interested in the wholesale pricing but confused about how to get it. Do I need some special code or something?
